The Harbour Club St Lucia is our latest Caribbean project. Through CASA Design our Italian supplier Simone Castalucci designed and supplied all 115 hotel rooms, complete with accessories and furnishings, the Delicatessen, the boardroom, the Managing Director’s room and the staff kitchen. All within budget and on time.

CASA Design has completed kitchens in the individual and luxuriously styled homes at the prestigious Mount du Cap, a development of 16 bespoke homes in St Lucia, West Indies.

Mount du Cap stands at the northern-most end of the island’s Cap Estate, its elevated setting affording magnificent 360-degree views over the rolling landscapes and azure waters.

The Opera kitchen concept from Aster Cucine was selected as it represents the pinnacle of classic styling marrying the best of traditional handcrafted techniques with requirements for contemporary living. The kitchens complement the solid timber interior woodwork, hardwood, stone and ceramic floor finishes.

CASA has worked closely with respected developers Imagine Ltd and selected architect Ian Morrison to combine the highest standards of design, construction and finish. Each property is individually styled according to the owner’s specific requirements.

The Allamanda development at Anse Galet is a six-acre, private luxury development on the north east coast of St Lucia. The exclusive residential development consists of eighteen two- and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses and three villas.

CASA Design has supplied 29 Aster Cucine stunning Domina kitchen concepts and BMT vanity units for the development working in conjunction with architects Newel Lewis Broadbridge and Associates (W.I.) Ltd and interior design agency G&G Interiors.

This project was CASA’s first foray into the Caribbean over 10 years ago, supplying 57 Aster Cucine kitchens including solid Cristolan work-surfaces, NEFF appliances, 124 vanities, 124 bedrooms plus the installation.

Nestled on the scenic west coast of the beautiful Caribbean island of St Lucia, the luxury Discovery at Marigot Bay hotel and spa provides an intimate and luxurious environment for guests with every possible modern amenity. Contemporary and stylish with a distinctive boutique feel, the eco-friendly Discovery hotel blends into its natural garden surroundings enhancing the loveliness of a bay described as “the most beautiful in the Caribbean” by the novelist James A Michener.

Tamarind Hills is located on Antigua’s glorious West coast between Darkwood and Ffreye’s. This five-star luxury resort has a stunning collection of freehold beachfront and ocean-view villas, designed with contemporary Caribbean living in mind.

Schüller supplied this complex with exceptional European designed kitchens and bathrooms throughout the project. InHouse worked closely alongside Schüller to ensure a smooth installation process throughout this entire development. As spectacular Caribbean properties, we insured that the kitchen and bathroom fit outs were designed with the contemporary luxury that the Caribbean can offer. We wanted to ensure that every person could enjoy the wonders of the island lifestyle.

Gansevoort Turks + Caicos is located on a boutique Caribbean island that indulges the senses. The completely modern beachfront retreat not only flaunts unbelievable ocean views of Grace Bay but literally has the beach on its doorstep.

The hotel resort boasts 91 guestrooms, including 32 suites and 4 penthouses all designed with sophistication and the island vibe in mind. A 7,000 square foot, infinity pool welcomes guests along with an award-winning Exhale Spa. The whole resort is a blend of the tropical and the stunning.

CASA Design was lucky enough to play a part in helping this resort have a smooth installation process. Working alongside Aster Cucine, CASA offered the highest quality cabinetry for this project, meeting the utmost of standards for this first-class resort.

The Landings in St Lucia and is the Caribbean’s biggest and most prestigious marina development. It is situated on the island’s most breath-taking beach with the only private harbour. Each residence enjoys a waterfront terrace as well as generous balconies, verandas, spacious interiors and world-class finishes, materials and appliances. Built to the highest technical, ergonomic and environmental standards, each home will be crafted with care and elegantly appointed with exotic wood, imported tiles and stone, luxurious finishes, fixtures and furnishings.

CASA Design worked closely with the consortium of the world’s finest architects, site planners, engineers, including award-winning architectural firm NORR Architects, master planner EDSA, interior designer Alex Chapman and design/construction manager Educe Limited as well as the Landings’ own management team headed by Colin Brown.
